Getting to the hotel from Jana Matejki Street.
Our hotel can be found in Wieliczka – a city located just 10 kilometres from Krakow. You can get here by various means of transport from virtually all over the world!
The easiest option is a direct train from the airport to Wieliczka. The journey is quick and comfortable, and the hotel is just a 6-minute walk away from the Wieliczka Station. You can buy a ticket using a ticket machine on the train and from the conductor.
You can get to Wieliczka with Koleje Małopolskie – their trains run regularly from Krakow’s Main Railway Station. You can also take the city bus line 304 on Pawia Street, right next to Galeria Krakowska (bus stop: Dworzec Główny Zachód). The nearest stop from our hotel is Wieliczka Kopalnia.
You can buy bus tickets using vending machines installed at bus stops and on the buses, as well as online – you need to scan the QR code in the bus or use one of the many banking apps that offer public transit tickets.
Upon request, we can take care of your transfer from and to the airport or to and from Krakow. We can also help you with renting a car.
A free car park right next to the hotel is available to our Guests. To make sure that everything will be taken care of, let the Reception Desk staff know in advance if you are planning to use the car park.
Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m.. Please check out until 11:00 a.m..
If you need to check in earlier or want to leave later, make sure to contact the Reception Desk – we will be happy to accommodate your plans if we are able to do that.
You can also leave your luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out.
You will need a photo ID to check in.
